Q : Where can I get your shop?
A : MMLY Collections is a home based business. We sell our product offline/online from home. We are welcome our customer to come to our place. You can see our address at 'contact us' page.

Q : What makes your products unique from others?
A : We are strictly concern about Quality, Exclusivity, Affordable price and great customer service.

Q : Can I make online purchases? Is it safe?
A : Yes, you can make purchases online. Of course it is safe, we do not reveal your confidential data.

Q : What kind of risks if i make payment by internet banking?
A : Your data will be protected by your bank's network, as long as you do not login via email links or phishing website.

Q : How can you guarantee my order will be shipped after I make payment?
A : The guarantee is our reputation. If you doubt to do online purchases, we are welcome our customer to come to our place.

Q : I cannot fit in this dress, can I return or exchange?
A : Unfortunately, we do not accept return, refund or exchange. Thus please see our size measurement and feel free to ask anything before purchasing.

Q : I get a defect product, what can I do?
A : Our products will be checked for defects before sending out. However we still accept returning of defect product within 7 days since our shipment date.

Q : Can I bargain for selling price?
A : No, Our price is non-negotiable. However, we give special price for member and certain purchases. You can check our 'Discount Rate' here.

Q : How to become a member? What benefit I will get?
A : It's very simple. Just make purchase minimum RM50 you are entitled to be our member. As member, you will get special offer from time to time.

Q : Is the selling price including shipping cost?
A : No, It is not including shipping cost otherwise it was stated. (not applicable for international orders)

Q : I am interested to sell MMLY Collections' products, what i need to do?

Q : Do you accept orders for International delivery?
A : Yes, we ship our products worldwide.

Q : How do I subscribe to MMLY Collections' newsletter? Will i get your products update?
A : Just simply fill in our subscription form. We will update our customer for new arrival, promotion, mega sales, and more. Click here to subscribe.

Q : Why I do not receive any response from MMLY Collections?
A : Normally, we will response shortly (1-8 hours). If you do not received any replies from us within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. We suggest customers to use 'live support, sms centre, or post reply at our online shoutbox to get immediate response.

Q : When you will ship my order after i make payment?
A : We will ship 1(one) day after payment received. Except Saturday and Sunday.

Q : How long will I receive my parcel?
A : We only use express mail service. So it will arrive to you within 1-3 days

Q : What if I do not receive my parcel within the expected delivery time frame?
A : Please contact us immediately or you can call our courier service at 1-300-300-300 by mentioning the tracking no. of parcel.
